What You'll Do:
Identify & prospect clients — universities, colleges, libraries & corporates
Assist with lead generation, follow-ups & proposals
Coordinate client communication via calls & emails
Maintain CRM/database records
Schedule demos, meetings & presentations
What We're Looking For:
Graduate in BBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Library Science
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) & email drafting
Team player with a customer-first mindset
