Job: Office Assistant
Location: Jothydev's Diabetes Hospital and Research Centre, Trivandrum
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant with good driving skills to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the hospital. The role includes office assistance, document/material handling, official errands, and transportation duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office and administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and record keeping.
- Handle and deliver documents, medicines, laboratory samples, and other hospital materials.
- Assist with bank, post office, courier, purchase, and other official errands.
- Drive hospital vehicles safely for staff, doctors, patients, and guests, including airport and railway station pickups/drop-offs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, basic safety checks, logbooks, fuel records, and report maintenance issues.
- Assist patients, elderly persons, and differently abled individuals when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
- Assist with office supplies, meetings, events, and other administrative activities.
- Follow hospital policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Administration Department.
Qualifications
- Minimum SSLC/Plus Two.
- Valid LMV driving licence is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in office assistance, administration, driving, or a similar role.
- Hospital/healthcare experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of roads and routes in Trivandrum and surrounding areas.
- Basic computer knowledge and vehicle maintenance skills preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
