Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Healthcare International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with US healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with healthcare processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services and insurance processes.
- Communicate effectively with US-based customers, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
- Verify patient information, insurance eligibility, claims status, and authorizations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts (night shifts).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in International Voice Process, Healthcare BPO, Medical Billing, Claims Processing, or Customer Support is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US Healthcare processes.
- Knowledge of insurance verification, claims, prior authorization, or patient support.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
