We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technologies. The IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
