We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our EXIM operations and manage end-to-end documentation and logistics coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesExport & Import Documentation:
- Handle complete Export Documentation and Import Documentation processes
- Prepare, verify, and finalize critical shipping and trade documents including:
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Certificate of Conformity
- Other country-specific compliance documentation
Shipping & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with:
- Factory
- Transporters
- Freight Forwarders
- Shipping Lines
- Customs House Agents (CHA)
- Ensure timely shipment planning and execution so that vessels are never missed
- Manage:
- CFS Stuffing
- Factory Stuffing
- Dispatch scheduling
- Shipment tracking
BL & Freight Expertise:
Strong operational knowledge of:
- Original BL
- Sea Way BL
- Telex Release BL
- House BL
- Master BL
- Switch BL
Reporting & Operational Monitoring:
- Maintain and update Daily Status Reports (DSR) for all export shipments
- Monitor shipment schedules, approvals, and dispatch timelines
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all EXIM processes
Vendor & Compliance Management:
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for seamless cargo movement
- Manage logistics workflows and shipment cost efficiency
- Knowledge and handling of Advance Authorization Scheme for duty-free imports
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs compliance
Preferred Candidate ProfileRequired Skills:
- Proven experience in Export-Import Documentation / EXIM Operations
- Strong understanding of:
- International shipping procedures
- Freight forwarding
- Customs documentation
- Vessel scheduling
- Trade compliance
- Experience with logistics coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Advance Authorization and duty-free import procedures
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments under strict deadlines
Preferred Experience:
- Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters
- High-volume container movement operations
- Experience in African trade markets is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
