Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and initial assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions as per clinical protocols.
- Take detailed patient history and maintain accurate medical records.
- Prescribe medicines, investigations, and treatment plans appropriately.
- Monitor patient health, treatment response, and recovery progress.
- Handle emergency cases and provide immediate medical care when required.
- Refer patients to specialists or higher centers when necessary.
- Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic reports and correlate with clinical findings.
- Conduct regular rounds and monitor admitted patients, where applicable.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient treatment, prescriptions, and clinical notes.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, medication, lifestyle, and follow-up.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
