Business Need
The Learning Content Quality Review Project involves reviewing a large volume of vendor-developed learning videos within a compressed timeline. Additional short-term support is required to ensure timely completion of reviews while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review e-learning modules and learning videos against defined quality standards.
- Identify content, language, visual, instructional, and production-related defects.
- Maintain review trackers and defect logs.
- Support preparation of quality review reports and dashboards.
- Verify compliance with project-specific quality guidelines.
- Coordinate review status updates with project stakeholders.
