Experience: Minimum 4 years of on-paper experience specifically as an Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager
- Assistant Manager experience will NOT be considered
- Deputy Manager experience will NOT be considered
- General Manager experience will NOT be considered
- Only candidates with 4+ years specifically in Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager roles will be considered
Strong team management & leadership skills
Experience in operations, process improvement & performance management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
