Job Overview
Nexora Global Life Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to support business growth, customer acquisition and team development.
The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, guiding team members and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and customer relationships.
- Handle customer interaction and product presentations.
- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Guide and coordinate with the business development team.
- Support team members in achieving performance targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
- Participate in company meetings, training and business-development activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-handling ability.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5-Day Training
Selected candidates will undergo 5 days of initial training covering:
- Product knowledge
- Customer communication
- Business-development skills
- Sales and follow-up techniques
- Team coordination
The role and incentive structure will be explained during the selection/training process.
Incentive
Performance-based incentive: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000+ per month
Actual earnings depend on individual performance and the applicable company incentive structure. This is not a guaranteed fixed salary.
Joining & Product Purchase
- No joining fee.
- No compulsory product purchase for joining.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available for selected candidates at ₹3,500 for the first month only.
The accommodation charge is separate from the incentive structure. Candidates should confirm accommodation terms before joining.
