Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with student inquiries and leads
- Make outbound calls and guide students on suitable courses
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
- Upsell courses to existing students
- Maintain CRM records and reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of Sales/Counselling experience (EdTech preferred)
- Strong Hindi & English communication skills
- Comfortable with target-based calling
- Age Creteria: 20 to 30 years only
