Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to manage both client acquisition and service operations at Amicare Pest Control Services Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of pest control services.
Key Responsibilities : Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
- Conduct site inspections and recommend suitable pest control solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Operations Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule pest control services as per client requirements
- Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment as per safety standards
- Monitor service quality and handle customer complaints effectively
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or operations in pest control
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and chemicals
- Ability to manage field work and client handling
