- Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the assigned site.
- Coordinate with labourers and site supervisors to ensure proper execution of work.
- Monitor the availability and usage of construction materials.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for site execution.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor work quality and follow required site safety practices.
- Identify site-related technical concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Track construction progress and provide regular site updates.
- Maintain effective coordination with the project team for smooth site operations.
Alternative Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.
- Understanding of construction site procedures and execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with workers.
- Candidates residing in East Tambaram or nearby areas are preferred.
