Site Foreman (3–5 Years Experience)
The Site Foreman is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, managing labour and subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site regulations, and protocols.
- Assign and manage labour and subcontractors to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and site instructions.
- Maintain labour attendance and daily work records.
- Verify material availability and report shortages or incorrect materials.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
- Enforce site safety practices and ensure workers use the required PPE.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Report daily progress, site issues, delays, and safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure the work area remains organized.
- Must have practical knowledge of Maivan shuttering/formwork and its execution on site.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in residential, construction projects.
