Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' academic growth, and contributing to the overall development of the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and observations.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic reports.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Foster students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress regularly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Participate in school events, activities, workshops, training programs, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, lesson development, and academic improvement initiatives.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills among students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory for teaching positions).
- Master's Degree preferred for higher grades.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning practices.
Experience
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
