Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall HR operations in the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Executives
- Handle recruitment and staffing for all departments
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Address employee grievances and maintain discipline
- Organize training and support performance management
- Ensure HR policies and NABH standards are followed
Qualification:
MBA / MSW in HR
Experience
6-7years (hospital experience preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
