This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive. The Junior Human Resources will handle HR operations, implement and oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure efficient HR management processes. This role involves supporting the employee lifecycle, enhancing workplace culture, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Help manage attendance, employee databases, and HR reports.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
