About the Role
Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and charismatic Anchor/Presenter to represent the organization across various digital platforms, corporate events, promotional campaigns, and video content. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and present corporate videos, promotional content, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and events.
- Represent the organization in social media and digital marketing content.
- Conduct interviews with industry professionals, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and research scripts, topics, and content before recordings or events.
- Deliver content confidently and professionally in front of the camera.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and video production teams for smooth execution.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, brand awareness activities, and corporate events.
- Engage audiences through interactive and impactful communication.
- Ensure proper pronunciation, voice modulation, body language, and presentation style.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute creative ideas for engaging content.
- Handle live sessions, webinars, and on-ground events when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong camera presence and confidence.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good voice modulation, pronunciation, and articulation.
- Strong interpersonal and audience engagement skills.
- Ability to work with scripts as well as conduct spontaneous conversations.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends.
- Professional personality and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or experience in anchoring, hosting, or public speaking will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Anchoring, Hosting, Presenting, Journalism, Media, or related fields.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong on-camera confidence may also apply.

Pay: ₹250,806.53 - ₹778,113.05 per year
