We are looking for an Operations / DevOps Manager with 12-15 years of Experience who will be responsible for managing cloud operations, DevOps processes, infrastructure reliability, enterprise application support, deployment governance, monitoring, security operations, backup, disaster recovery, and operational governance across cloud-hosted and enterprise application platforms. The role requires a strong combination of cloud infrastructure management, DevOps operations, IFS Cloud operational awareness, team leadership, incident management, security governance, SOC coordination, and customer-facing operational support. The primary objective is to ensure that all customer environments are stable, secure, monitored, backed up, compliant, scalable, and operationally well-governed.
KeyResponsibilities:
Team Management & Resource Coordination Lead DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Database, Application Support, Security, and Platform Operations teams. Allocate resources, define ownership, manage workloads, ensure backup resources, and drive team capability development.
Cloud & Enterprise Platform Operations: Manage cloud-hosted enterprise applications, containerized platforms, and ERP environments. Ensure environment readiness for deployments, upgrades, patches, releases, and customer operations.
IFS Cloud Operations: Manage IFS Cloud (or similar ERP) environments, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and support. Coordinate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and Oracle Database teams to ensure stable and secure operations.
DevOps, Deployment & Release Governance: Oversee CI/CD, deployment planning, release coordination, change management, rollback planning, and deployment automation across all environments.
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, networking, storage, monitoring, backups, security, and customer environment provisioning while ensuring availability and performance.
Database Operations: Coordinate Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server database operations, including monitoring, backup, recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, and governance.
SOC, Security Operations & Compliance: Coordinate SOC activities, security monitoring, SIEM, vulnerability management, incident response, privileged access, and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and customer security requirements.
Monitoring, Incident Management & Disaster Recovery: Drive infrastructure and application monitoring, incident management, RCA, backup validation, disaster recovery planning, recovery testing, and business continuity readiness.
Performance & Capacity Management: Monitor infrastructure, databases, applications, containers, APIs, and cloud resources to optimize performance, availability, and capacity.
Operational Governance & Documentation: Maintain SOPs, runbooks, deployment checklists, SLAs, operational documentation, environment inventory, and governance processes while driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Required Technical Skills:
- Docker and Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, Scaling)
- Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Cloud Infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure), including VMs, Networking, Storage, Monitoring, Backup, Firewalls, and Security
- IFS Cloud operations (preferred) or similar Enterprise ERP platforms
- ERP deployment, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and production support
- Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server database operations
- Enterprise application support, APIs, integrations, and microservices
- CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes
- Monitoring, alerting, SOC operations, and SIEM tools
- Vulnerability management, patch management, server hardening, and security/access governance
- Backup, Restore, Disaster Recovery (DR), Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Basic understanding of application technologies such as .NET Core, Java, Python, or similar
Required Security & Compliance Skills:
- SOC monitoring, security incident response, alert triage, and RCA
- Access control, Privileged Access Management (PAM), audit logs, and evidence collection
- Secrets management, certificate management, and database access governance
- Vulnerability assessment, remediation tracking, patch management, and server hardening
- Cloud security best practices, Kubernetes security, backup security, and data protection
- Security compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security audits/questionnaires
