Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and data records.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and regular database cleaning.
- Track and monitor calling performance, conversions, and lead status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calling and data metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for lead management.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally.
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Optimize calling scripts and workflows for better conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in calling, tele-sales, or customer coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in calling, data management, or similar roles
