Our collections blend contemporary design with artisanal craftsmanship, serving architects, interior designers, hospitality brands, retailers, and discerning homeowners.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the Indian market, build strong industry relationships, and expand Naaya Studio's presence among architects, interior designers, luxury retailers, and project developers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Naaya Studio's presence across India.
- Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, developers, hospitality groups, and premium retail partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, industry outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, design stores, and channel partners in key cities.
- Drive specification sales by getting Naaya Studio products included in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Sales & Project Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and payment collection.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized solutions for project requirements.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives targeted at architects, interior designers, hospitality professionals, and retail customers.
- Organize product presentations, design workshops, and showroom events.
- Represent Naaya Studio at trade fairs, exhibitions, design events, and industry networking forums.
- Work with the digital marketing team to generate leads through social media, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Build brand awareness within the architecture and interior design community.
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with key design professionals and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations across major Indian cities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and large project opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and project opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular business development and sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within:
- Decorative lighting
- Interior products
- Furniture and home décor
- Architectural materials
- Luxury building products
Preferred Network
- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, hospitality consultants, and design retailers.
- Experience working with specification sales and project-based business development.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of architecture, interiors, and decorative lighting.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Travel Requirement
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings, project consultations, exhibitions, and partner development activities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
