WE ARE HIRING – X-Ray & CT Technician
Bodyline hospital is looking for an experienced X-Ray & CT Technician with expertise in X-Ray and CT Scan Department.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Preparation
Explain Procedures: Walk patients through the imaging process, address their concerns, and ensure they feel comfortable and safe.
Patient Positioning: Properly position the patient and use immobilization devices to capture the highest-quality diagnostic images.
Screening: Ensure patients remove jewelry, metallic objects, or garments that may interfere with the scan.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Imaging: Operate X-Ray, CT, or multi-modality diagnostic equipment exactly according to physician orders.
Safety & Compliance
Radiation Protection: Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols by using lead shielding, collimation, and following recommended exposure factors to protect patients and staff.
Infection Control: Maintain a clean, sterile environment and follow established health and safety protocols.
Administrative Duties
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of procedures, medical notes, and imaging results.
Inventory: Monitor radiology supplies, consumables, and maintain department statistics on a regular basis
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Typically requires a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or certification in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field. Strong Knowledge of X-Ray & CT Scan Department.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospital X-Ray & CT Department.
Skills: Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage emergency/trauma scans.
