Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Coordinator / Branch Manager to lead our Balaghat branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational sales, branch operations, admissions, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing daily branch activities, implementing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring the overall growth of the branch.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all branch activities.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational compliance.
Sales & Admissions
- Drive admissions by counselling prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong admission pipeline.
- Monitor enquiry conversions and improve conversion rates.
Advertisement & Marketing
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, awareness drives, and branding initiatives.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, hospitals, community organizations, and local stakeholders to generate leads.
Mobilization
- Organize student mobilization activities in nearby villages, towns, institutions, and communities.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Build partnerships to increase student enrolments.
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of experience in educational sales, admissions, branch management, or skill development training.
- Experience in selling or counselling for paid courses such as:
- General Duty Assistant (GDA)
- Dresser
- Tally
- Paramedical Courses
- Experience in managing a training centre or educational branch will be preferred.
