About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Engineer with a strong background in residential high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, design management, and monitoring project progress from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using MS Project and other planning tools.
* Track project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Prepare and share MIS reports, project dashboards, and status reports with clients and management.
* Coordinate with project consultants, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor site activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
* Support design management and pre-construction planning activities.
* Coordinate MEP-related work packages and project interfaces.
* Manage project documentation, correspondence, and records.
* Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR (Mandatory).
Required Experience
* 5–8 years of experience in project planning and construction management.
* Experience in residential real estate projects is mandatory.
* Must have worked on at least one residential high-rise project (20+ floors) from concept to completion.
* Experience handling projects of approximately 4–5 lakh sq. ft.
* Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
* Experience in design management and pre-construction management.
