Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to handle daily dispatch operations. The role involves managing deliveries, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules with loading unloading
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents
- Coordinate with warehouse and production team for material readiness
- Arrange transport and follow up with transporters
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain dispatch records and update systems
- Verify quantity and quality before dispatch
- Handle packaging and labeling coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding dispatch status
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years’ experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills in local language
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial company
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Working Environment
- Office and warehouse coordination role
- Based at Vadodara (New Manjalpur)
