KLM Assets Fin hiring experienced Business Development Executive (BDE). The candidate having 1+ years of experience in NBFC/Chits. The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business for chit schemes, acquiring new subscribers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field marketing, customer meetings, and promoting chit fund schemes to individuals and businesses.
Candidate from Kottayam district and immediate joiners are preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to enroll in chit schemes
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business growth
- Coordinate with customers for timely payment of monthly installments
- Address customer queries and resolve issues related to chit schemes promptly
- Submit daily sales and field visit reports to the Branch Manager
