Position Overview
Roverz Motors is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive (Service) to join our service team at Kayamkulam. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling service follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to vehicle service and support.
- Coordinate with the service department regarding customer appointments and vehicle delivery updates.
- Conduct service reminder calls and follow-up calls after vehicle service.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update service-related information.
- Support customer retention activities and service campaigns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at the dealership.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage calls and customer queries professionally.
- Prior experience in customer service or automobile industry is preferred.
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Plus Two
