About the Role
Ahamyo Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across all clinic locations. The role is focused on generating qualified patient enquiries, increasing clinic footfall, building strong brand awareness, and driving sustainable business growth through a combination of digital and offline marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitals, diagnostics, or consumer services and possess strong expertise in performance marketing, local area marketing, community engagement, branding, partnerships, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries across all clinics.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce cost per lead (CPL), and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to improve website traffic, SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profiles.
- Improve conversion rates from website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online booking platforms.
- Monitor online reviews and reputation management across all clinic locations.
Offline Marketing & Community Outreach
- Plan and execute health camps, physiotherapy consultation camps, wellness awareness drives, and community engagement programs.
- Develop partnerships with RWAs, corporate offices, schools, colleges, gyms, sports academies, senior citizen groups, and residential societies.
- Coordinate doctor talks, workshops, fitness sessions, ergonomic seminars, and wellness events.
- Generate patient leads through field marketing activities.
- Build referral partnerships with local businesses, doctors, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and fitness centres.
Brand Building & Visibility
- Increase Ahamyo Care's brand recall across Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Sohna, and future expansion locations.
- Develop and execute branding campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Plan outdoor branding activities including:
- Society branding
- Clinic branding
- Signage
- Hoardings
- Kiosks
- Standees
- Banners
- Flyers
- Local newspaper campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual communication across all marketing materials.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars.
- Launch seasonal and condition-specific campaigns (Back Pain Month, Women's Health, Sports Injury Prevention, Senior Wellness, etc.).
- Plan promotional offers, awareness campaigns, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with clinic teams for successful campaign execution.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies based on results.
Patient Acquisition & Growth
- Drive measurable increases in:
- Patient enquiries
- Walk-ins
- Appointment bookings
- Treatment conversions
- Repeat patient visits
- Referral patients
- Develop innovative local marketing initiatives to improve clinic occupancy.
- Work with clinic teams to improve enquiry-to-consultation conversion.
Content & Social Media
- Plan healthcare-focused content calendars.
- Coordinate creation of videos, reels, patient stories, educational content, blogs, and testimonials.
- Ensure regular posting across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with clinicians to create educational and engaging healthcare content.
- Increase audience engagement and organic reach.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Operations Team
- Clinic In-Charges
- Doctors & Physiotherapists
- HR Team
- Business Development Team
- Support new clinic launches with marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, media vendors, and event partners.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance using data and dashboards.
- Monitor:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Patient Acquisition Cost (PAC)
- Conversion Rates
- Website Traffic
- Campaign ROI
- Social Media Performance
- Present weekly and monthly marketing reports with actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitals, diagnostics, clinics, or consumer services.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, offline marketing, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical advertising practices.

Travel Requirement

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
