### **Role Overview**
We are looking for a **dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM)** to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and expand our footprint in the interiors and fit-out segment.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in commercial and residential fit-out projects
* Generate leads through **market research, networking, and site visits**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with **clients, architects, consultants, and contractors**
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for **proposals and quotations**
* Prepare and deliver **presentations, pitches, and negotiations** with clients
* Track and manage the **sales pipeline** to achieve targets
* Participate in **tenders, bidding processes, and vendor registrations**
* Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure **client satisfaction and repeat business**

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in **business development / sales**, preferably in **interiors, construction, or fit-out industry**
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Good understanding of **project lifecycle and costing basics**
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

* Experience in dealing with **corporate clients, real estate developers, or architects**
* Local market knowledge of **Hyderabad interiors / construction industry**
* Strong networking capability
