About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee residential interior design projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate should have experience in site execution, client coordination, team management, and project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
- Review project drawings, work orders, and execution schedules.
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate site readiness.
- Supervise installation teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and execution teams.
- Monitor project timelines and maintain project progress reports.
- Handle client communication and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Verify materials received at site as per project requirements.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and other site activities.
- Manage project costs and site resources efficiently.
- Collect stage-wise and final project payments.
- Conduct project handover and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- B.Tech Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior project management or site execution.
- Experience in residential interior design projects is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
