We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Continental Commi Chef to assist in preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes while maintaining kitchen hygiene and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and cooking of continental food items
Follow recipes and portion standards as per SOP
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
Support senior chefs during service operations
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of continental cuisine
0–2 years experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
Willingness to learn and work in shifts
Team player with a positive attitude
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook in hotels, restaurants, or cafés.
Knowledge of all types of cooking, preferably south indian.
Ability to work in shifts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
