Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. CRM Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry and hands-on expertise in Highrise ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, sales coordination, post-sales processes, collections, and maintaining accurate customer data within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer records, bookings, agreements, collections, and post-sales activities using Highrise ERP.
- Maintain and update customer information, lead status, and transaction details in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending dues and collections.
- Generate customer, sales, inventory, and collection reports through Highrise ERP.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding payments, documentation, project updates, and possession.
- Track customer interactions and maintain complete records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with data analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship management within the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Highrise ERP Software.
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and post-sales operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
