Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, network security, virtualization platforms, and server environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with firewalls, networking, Linux administration, virtualization technologies, VPN configuration, and infrastructure monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity across the organization.
- Manage and troubleshoot Sophos and Fortinet firewall solutions, including security policies, VPNs, and threat management.
- Administer and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu and RHEL) environments.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor virtualization platforms including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Configure and support Docker containers and related services.
- Monitor network performance, system availability, and security incidents.
- Perform server maintenance, patch management, backup verification, and disaster recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Manage and maintain Promax systems/applications and provide user support as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for IT-related projects and support.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and system configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Sophos and Fortinet firewall administration.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, Routing, Switching, and VPN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL) server administration.
- Good understanding of Docker containerization.
- Experience managing VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
- Knowledge of network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Experience with Promax systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
