Mentorwise Academy is a leading educational consultancy helping students secure admissions in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and international institutions. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Contact student and parent leads via phone calls.
Explain courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.
Schedule counseling sessions and appointments.
Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Maintain lead records in CRM/software.
Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with counselors and admission teams.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or educational counseling is an advantage.
Ability to convince and handle objections effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
