Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research using SEO tools.
- Optimize website pages for better search engine rankings.
- Create and update meta titles, meta descriptions, and heading tags.
- Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Assist in technical SEO activities, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and URL optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Analyze competitor websites and identify SEO opportunities.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Understanding of HTML and WordPress is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
