L2 E-commerce Production Support Engineer (4–6 Years)
Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
Timings: Shift wise( Morning Shift (3.30am to 12.30pm) /Afternoon Shift (12.30pm to 9.30pm))
Job Summary
We are looking for an L2 Production Support Engineer to support and maintain critical e-commerce applications. The role involves monitoring applications, troubleshooting production issues, driving incident resolution, and ensuring platform stability and availability.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor production applications and system health.

Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.

Drive and coordinate Major Incident calls with technical teams.

Monitor batch jobs, APIs, and critical business processes.

Support production deployments and post-release validation.

Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.

Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

Provide regular operational reports and status updates.
Mandatory Skills
Production Support
-
4–6 years of Application/Production Support experience.

Strong Incident Management and Major Incident handling experience.

Application monitoring and alert management.
-
Log analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Experience working in 24x7 support environments.
Technical Skills
-
Basic understanding of Java, .NET, or similar technologies.

Basic understanding of MongoDB, Spanner, or similar databases.

Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Grafana.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Domain Skills

Experience supporting e-commerce or customer-facing applications.
Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
