About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic in Santacruz, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent patient-handling abilities, and prior experience managing healthcare or clinic operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise front desk, support staff, and clinic administration
- Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service
- Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and patient coordination
- Maintain clinic records, inventory, and operational reports
- Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and vendors
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with clinic standards
- Resolve patient queries and operational issues professionally
- Monitor staff performance and maintain workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinic or healthcare management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of clinic operations, patient coordination, and administration
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and clinic management systems preferred

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in reputed clinics or healthcare centers will be an advantage
