We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who lives and breathes the agency world — someone with the right network, the hunger to grow, and the ability to turn conversations into partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with brands, corporates, and decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, corporate communications leaders, and key decision-makers who form the core TG for creative agencies.
- Leverage your existing network to open doors and generate leads for creative, digital, branding, and campaign projects.
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and creative teams to shape customised solutions that address client needs.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to help the agency stay ahead.
- Represent Lumoz at industry events, networking forums, and brand meetings to strengthen visibility and business pipeline.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales within a creative, digital, branding, or advertising agency.
- A strong existing network of corporate contacts — marketing decision-makers, brand custodians, and procurement leads.
- Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, project cycles, campaign processes, and the creative services ecosystem.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A go-getter with a growth mindset — driven by targets, hungry for success, and ready to hustle.
- Ability to think strategically and articulate value propositions to clients.
