Qualification

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, minerals, ceramics, or engineering environment.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role involves managing the company's digital presence, website, social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and optimized for search engines.
- Plan and execute SEO and SEM campaigns to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content for the website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Generate and nurture quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to support lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators when required.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B marketing within the manufacturing, industrial minerals, chemicals, ceramics, engineering, or related industries.
- Experience managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and generating B2B leads.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation software will be an added advantage.
