Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Therapist to provide a range of spa treatments and wellness services to resort guests. The ideal candidate should be skilled in massage therapies, body treatments, and guest care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, and wellness therapies.
- Assess guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments and spa products.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly prepared before and after each session.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Uphold resort standards for guest service, comfort, and confidentiality.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to guests.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor inventory of spa supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Assist in creating a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a resort, hotel, wellness center, or spa.
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury resorts or hospitality environments.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic, Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Aromatherapy treatments.
- Additional certifications in wellness or beauty therapies.
