IT Manager
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary
The IT Manager will oversee the company's entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and alignment with business objectives. The role involves managing networks, software, hardware, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT support functions across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Systems & Network Management
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
ERP & Business Applications
- Manage ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ginesys, Tally, or in-house ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for ERP customization, upgrades, and maintenance.
Cybersecurity
- Implement and manage security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Monitor security threats and respond promptly to incidents.
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Lead the IT support function in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical training and support to end users across departments.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and monitor the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure IT systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure.
Required Experience
- 7–10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or the luxury industry is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
