Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hand hygiene practices, biomedical waste management, and environmental cleanliness.
- Investigate infection outbreaks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Educate and train hospital staff on infection prevention and control practices.
- Maintain infection surveillance data, audit reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate Infection Control Committee meetings and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to strengthen infection prevention practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities.
- Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and aseptic practices across the hospital.
- Prepare periodic infection control reports and present findings to management.
- Perform any other infection control-related duties assigned by the hospital management.
Qualificaiton : B.Sc (Nursing)/ DGNM (certified course in infection control)
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as ICN
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
