Position: HR Recruiter Intern – Healthcare Overseas Recruitment
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Duration: 6 Months
Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Conversion: Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a permanent role.
Role Overview
The HR Recruiter Intern will support the overseas healthcare recruitment team in managing CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry, verifying lead quality, and assisting in candidate sourcing. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes for GCC healthcare placements, with a strong emphasis on compliance, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management: Maintain and update candidate records, leads, and recruitment progress in CRM systems
Data Entry: Ensure timely and error-free entry of candidate information, applications, and recruitment updates
Lead Quality Verification: Validate candidate leads for authenticity, qualifications, and suitability for healthcare roles
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing nurses, doctors, and allied healthcare professionals via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Recruitment Support: Provide backend support to senior recruiters during recruitment drives and client coordination
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline will be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational ability with attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry)
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
