Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with customer leads
- Schedule appointments/site visits
- Update lead details in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team
Requirements
- 2–3 years of telecalling/telesales experience
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Basic English and MS Excel knowledge
- Real estate or other marketing experience is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
