Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to maintain, service, and repair air conditioning systems across our school campuses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, and centralized air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Monitor refrigerant levels and carry out gas charging when required.
- Inspect electrical components, compressors, motors, and control systems.
- Maintain service records and report major repairs or replacements.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and travel between campus locations if required.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical components of AC systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
