Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development initiatives and generate new client opportunities. The role involves proactive outreach to prospective clients, relationship building, lead generation, and promoting TalentX's recruitment and HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through telecalling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers and HR professionals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Present TalentX's services and value proposition effectively to prospects.
- Prepare professional business proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Support digital marketing and brand-building initiatives as required.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Telemarketing, Recruitment, or related fields.
