We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to accelerate our business growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities from prospecting to closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Identify customer needs and position Soulera's SaaS solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
- Establish, develop, and manage Channel Partners, Referral Partners, and Strategic Alliances.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to support organizational growth and market expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in SaaS, HR Tech, IT Services, or Startup environment is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
