Fragrant Nature Munnar, a classified Five-Star Luxury Hotel & Resort nestled amidst the breathtaking hills of Munnar, Kerala, is urgently looking for passionate Housekeeping Sr. GSA who is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure high hygiene and comfort standards. They handle linen changes, room cleaning, amenities replenishment, and report maintenance issues, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction through efficient, friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Room Maintenance: Changing bed linens, making beds, and restocking room amenities like toiletries and towels.
- Safety & Security: Managing master keys, following lost-and-found procedures, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Guest Interaction: Responding to guest requests and inquiries with a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Reporting: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma or equivalent is generally required.
- Experience: 1-2 Yrs
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and effective communication.
