Description
As an Academic Associate for Mathematics K10, you will be teaching one-to-one lessons online for secondary students across the globe for the subject Mathematics. They would be from different international boards such as International Baccalaurate, Cambridge Assessments etc, as well as Indian boards. In addition, you will be creating academic content for the same.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline
- Deep understanding of Secondary Mathematics topics such as Number, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability and Statistics
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a deep understanding of international academic boards - International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge GCSE, etc - and develop academic content for the same.
- Teach and mentor students online through the Vidyalai ed-tech platform to realize their learning goals (~35 hours of classes per week).
- This profile is mostly work from home.
- Workweek - 6 days in a week
- Schedule - The work hours will be from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM, including up to 8 hours of lessons and 2 hours of breaks. The time where you do not have classes can be used as you see fit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Mathematics or an allied subject
- Prior teaching experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
