JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Site Engineer – Solar to manage and supervise solar project site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day solar project site activities.
- Monitor installation of solar PV modules, structures, inverters, cables and other electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors and project teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Monitor manpower, material availability and daily site progress.
- Check electrical and mechanical installation activities at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate for testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
- Electrical/Civil project site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of solar PV installation and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
- Strong site management and team-handling skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
