Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, pitch, and engage potential clients to expand our market footprint in Hyderabad. Order & Revenue Growth: Present our diverse product range and tailored solutions to clients, successfully converting leads into confirmed orders. Strategic Execution: Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with business goals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Market Insight: Analyze local market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify new niche opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Brand Advocacy: Act as a proud and knowledgeable brand ambassador, showcasing the technical and commercial value of our construction chemicals. What You Bring to the Table Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of proven sales/business development experience specifically within the construction chemical manufacturing industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Customer-First Mindset: Strong expertise in B2B account management with a consultative sales approach.
